According to the information provided, Delicia Bailey, Bibi Khatoon, Arianna
Gordon, Gordon Moseley, Kiana Wilburg and several others are paid by the Imran
Khan controlled DPI, which falls under the purview of Prime Minister Moses Nagamootoo.
While the others are paid as much as $15,000 per story in some instances,
Moseley, who operates an internet news site and hosts a radio programme on the
popular 94.1 Boom FM radio station, is paid a monthly salary along with
telephone and internet bills.
The source provided documents which show
that the practice is widespread and is sanctioned at the highest level. A
correspondence seen by this publication was sent by Nagamootoo to Khan, with
the former recommending that an accommodation be made for Khatoon to be placed
on the DPI’s payment structure as part of its covert “Propaganda” efforts.
