Former First Lady Joyce Hoyte passed away late this morning. Mrs. Hoyte was the wife of Former President and Leader of the Opposition Hugh Desmond Hoyte who died in December 2002. She was a low-profile individual who lived in their Norton Street home with a relative since her husband's passing. Sympathy goes out to her relatives and friends.
