Kaieteur News reporter Neil Marks in violation of cross dressing laws

Kaieteur News reporter Neil Marks must be one sexually confused individual as he is pictured here covering the PPP Kitty rally decked out in a Green Apple Bottom T-Shirt and a Brown Skinny Jeans otherwise called a 'pencil bottom' jeans which is worn by women.

In Guyana it is illegal for males to be clothed in female attire and this particular law has been the subject of many protests by SASOD.
