At exactly 12am on Monday 23rd February the Golden Arrowhead was hoisted at the Blairmont Community Centre Ground In attendance were Ministers Dr. Bheri Ramsarran and Priya Manickchand. Addressing the gathering of more than a thousand persons, Dr.Ramsarran highlighted the achievements of this Government for the past while alluding to the several challenges faced not least the Global Financial crisis.
