The Police Force has built a number of kennel-like structures and strategically placed them around the city. It is somewhat difficult to understand why such structures were set up, as you can see, it is indeed very small - it cannot accommodate two Police Officers standing up inside, there is nowhere for them to keep an intended robber in the event of an arrest. Do the Officers have to struggle with the person(s) arrested until support arrives? To find good criminals in Guyana who would simply stretch their hands out to be cuffed, then sit peacefully and wait to be taken to the Brickdam Lock-ups is extremely rare. Chaining those arrested onto the kennel, providing the kennel is firmly fixed onto the ground is an option - innovative indeed.
If de jail aint got space fa de criminals wha else ya must expect!?
