Chronicle: NICHOLAS Waddell, 19 has been charged with simple larceny.
Before Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle yesterday, it was alleged that, on March 9, he stole a tape deck valued $15,000, property of Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Shalimar Ali-Hack.
Police Inspector Denise Griffith, prosecuting, said the defendant is the virtual complainant’s driver, who usually parks her vehicle in the CIOG, Woolford Avenue, Thomas Lands, Georgetown compound.
