Rapid housing growth, rising real estate demand attracts attention of international investor

The rapid growth in Guyana’s housing sector and rising demand for real estate, particularly in the country’s capital, Georgetown, and its environs, has prompted an international real estate investor to bring this to the attention of the world.

Taylor White is providing a platform for real estate owners, agents, and developers with the establishment of the Guyana Real Estate for Sale and the Guyana Real Estate Listings websites.

The major advantage to real estate owners, agents, and developers is the ability to open a new account in 30 seconds, without the need to provide any kind of personal information, ensuring security of account holders.

On activating the account as free Basic Listing for 6 months, those listed can upload innumerable Guyana real estate for sale, Guyana rentals, or Guyana properties for exchange, with descriptions, photos, and video.

The account holder can use the Free Property Alert to communicate details of holdings to all interested persons in the new website. The Free Weekly Hot Sheet expands the exposure even more by communicating the property descriptions to international investors.

To increase the chances of faster disposal of the properties, the users can upgrade the listings to sections of Premium Properties, Exclusive Properties, and Featured Properties, subject to stipulated conditions.

The Guyana real estate for sale and Guyana rentals in the account are also transmitted to the Twitter and Facebook pages of International Real Estate Listings. Another innovation is the placement of the property listings in 25 or more social bookmarking websites like Yahoo Real Estate, Back Page, Vast, Zillow, Oodle, etc. All the above services are free of charges.

If the property owner wants international attention and speedy disposal of the holdings, then the special international mailer facility to all the opt-in subscribers of the international website provides the perfect avenue for such an effort.

  1. When will Freddie Kissoon declare his sources of income to build a mansion at Turkeyen? You can tell me a University Professor and troublesome columnist can afford to pay for a piece of land at Turkeyen, much less pay to build a three storied mansion on the house lot? Glenn Lall say something...

  2. Reading Julianna Persaud’s letter in Stabroek News is similiar to what the USA Government is doing to Americans which is enforcing SOPA and PIPA that will eventually lead to violate freedoms of speech and privacy.

Julianna Persaud’s letter raises many questions:

    (1) Who is this accountant Chris Ram and why is he victimised? Does the ppp-c government attack random people?
    (2) Does Julianna Persaud have legal power to gain IP addresses and emails from Propaganda Press? Does she have a subpoena or written permission from Propaganda Press to do private detective work?
    (3) This is a stupid question. Why is she still using her facebook? Can’t she change her account or block the people if she is claiming that their allegations are false?
    (4) Is Julianna Persaud campaigning for a violation of Guyanese’s rights to privacy on the internet because she, her family, her uncle Chris Ram are targets online because of whatever they deal with?
    (5) Does Julianna Persaud feel that just because she is a victim of online abuse that Guyanese must pay the price?
    (6) Are there other ways Julianna Persaud could avoid being targeted online, or is she seeking the limelight and Chris Ram?
