Corbin outwits his opponents AGAIN!

Being the shrewd tactician that he has proven to be, PNC/R leader Robert Corbin has once again drawn from his bag of tricks to outwit those within his party that are calling for him to step down.
With David Granger being the PNC presidential candidate in 2011 Corbin knows that the PNC is bound to loose to the incumbent, however, Granger's candidacy will help the PNC regain votes captured by the AFC in 2006. The Granger card also appeases those that were saying that Corbin shouldn't be the party's 2011 candidate and at the same time he doesn't have to concede any ground to his opponents in the Van West Charles/Winston Murray camp. Supporters of the PNC are already buying into the Granger card.

On another front Corbin has remained the leader of the PNC and this makes him the head of the PNC list, and thus, if Granger should become disloyal Corbin could engineer his RECALL and possible removal from office if BY SOME MIRACLE the PNC/R were to win in 2011.

  1. This is a clear indictation the Corbin will try to rig the election cause some of the party members are disgust of him doing nothing but still he win the party election. The party cant even have a 'FREE and FAIR' party election.....even though they cant win he is still fighting to continue to run for presidential candidacy.....

  2. Here demonstrates corbin's selfishness in giving another suitable candidate a chance for the 2011 elections...he knows that it would be him hitting the curb if granger should show some form of success in getting back the votes from the afc...

  4. The oppositions are well known for rigging the elections, they did it for so many years untill Jagan put his foot down and said enough is enough. Since then, when democracy was restored by the PPP, have we gotten any rigged elections, disappointment from the PPP, or any debts that we would have to pawn our balls to repay????

  5. The PNC should just give it a rest for 2010 elections an save themselves the embarrassment that would be placed upon them!!

  6. Basil Williams my want to play this angel figure now but he has some obstacles in the past that could be a stumpbling block should he wrestle for the presidential candidate seat of the P.N.C…I could vividly remembered when I was preparing for my 11:00-7:00 shift one evening I received a call informing me to switch on my T..V to cable 69 to hear a private recording of one of my comrades…to my dismay the voice was his…The PPP's General Secretary, Donald Ramotar has also repeated accusations that a purported conversation back in 2006 between Mr. Williams and then Commissioner of Police, Winston Felix revealed that he had thanked the then top cop for diverting attention away from something. Both Williams and Felix have repeatedly denied that the voices were theirs.

"We also know the infamous record; the infamous (purported) conversation between Basil Williams and former Commissioner of Police Felix when, in the conversation, he could be heard clearly saying, thanking the former commissioner for turning something away from them.

"In fact implicit in that, he was claiming ownership of a criminal squad," in additon to that story…this comrade could be seen on many occasions partying late into the night at the club latino…with his opposite sex of questionable pofessions…recently at guyexpo he walk past me I could have smell the high aroma of alcohol emitting from him…my final comments are if he really want to be a presidential candidate there is a lot of skeletons in his closet to remove…every day in my hut I will watch and observe then later write…who would be the next P.N.C Candidate?…As soon as I hear you bloggers will know…trust me
