The pictures above were taken at a PPP meeting being held in the West Ruimveldt area just as this story is being typed. This area is a traditional stronghold of the PNCR. Previously a meeting of this kind by the ruling party would've attracted less than ten persons but current estimates put those in attendance at somewhere around 200. This is a sure sign of the strength of the PPP/C and highlights the fact that it is making significant inroads into the PNC support base.
