C.E.O of Cara Hotels expects Guyana's climate change strategy to have positive effects on the tourism industry .

Mr. Paul Stephenson, Chief Executive Office of Cara Hotels, which has holdings around the Caribbean, expects Guyana's climate change strategy which was unveiled yesterday at the Conference Center to have very positive effects on Guyana’s tourism industry, hotels and eco-tourism activities.

“This will place Guyana on a new level of international acceptance in the green policies and any discerning eco-tourist will derive great comfort from such strong governmental policies”, he stated.
