In 2006 they did it to Gaumattie Singh, now in 2011 AFC shafts Valerie Garrido-Lowe

In 2006 the after campaigning extensively for the AFC, founder member Gaumattie Singh was left ruing her decision after that party's leaders reneged on an earlier decision to have her allocated one of its parliamentary seats.

Fast-forward to 2011 and its the same thing they did to another female, this time in the form of Valerie Garrido-Lowe.
Garrido-Lowe who unsuccessfully attempted to take the TUF into a coalition with the AFC ended up joining the latter party at the last moment but was successful in taking over a significant amount of traditional TUF votes with her. It is this block which caused the AFC to win Region 8. Now we have learnt that the AFC has by-passed Lowe for the Region 8 geographical seat which it won. Will Lowe take the route that Gaumattie Singh took in 2006 or is she afraid of suffering the same fate as Singh did?
