KURT THIERENS, A.K.A ‘BAGE’ OR ‘GLASSES’
The Guyana Police Force has issued a wanted bulletin for Kurt Thierens, called ‘Bage’ or ‘Glasses’ in connection with the attempted arson of the Guyana High Court, Richard Ishmael Secondary School and an attack by gunmen on the Brickdam Police Station and murder. Thierens, who is 31 years old, is of African descent with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 ‘6” tall and is slimly built. His addresses are given as Lot 102 Middle Walk, Buxton, East Coast Demerara (ECD); Lot 7 National Avenue, Triumph, ECD and Lot 219 Residential Area, Yarrowkabra, Soesdyke/Linden Highway.
He is also wanted along with Colin Jones for escaping from lawful custody as well as the torching of Ministry of Health building on Brickdam. Anyone with information that may lead to his arrest should contact the police on telephone numbers 225-6411, 225-2700, 226-2917, 225-8196, 227-2128, 225-6941 to 3, 911 or the nearest police station. All information will be treated with strict confidence.
The opposition knows of his where about so there shouldn’t be a prolonged search for him.
