Why shouldn't David hinds be searched by C.A.N.U ranks manning the C.B.J International Airport when this very Hinds, then a member of the military arm of the W.P.A, served 3 years in prison after being found in possession of an unlicensed SLR-the equivalent of an AK-47- in his suitcase as an incoming passenger at the very airport?
In fact Hinds damaged one of his eyes while attempting to assemble an explosive device which exploded. Hinds' colleagues, Tacuma Ogunseye and Arnold Apple, each spent 5 years in prison for unlawful possession of explosives during their attempts to overthrow the Burnham regime.
