Our inside sources have revealed that at the Cabinet meeting held on Monday last it was decided that Presidential Advisor on Empowerment Odinga Lumumba be made head of the Fisheries Department at the Ministry of Agriculture following Nigel Dharamlall's impending migration.
In arriving at such a decision, Cabinet took into consideration Odinga's vast experience in the area of Wildlife trading, particularly Dolphin exportation and other factors which includes his aptitude for 'Jumping Ship'!
