More Ballots than voters!

Mid-February Elections to appoint Guyana's next Anglican Bishop following Bishop Randolph George's retirement last December were canceled after it was found that there were more ballots than voters.

When questioned on this note Bishop George reacted by saying "I heard so too, it doesn't sound so good".
Bishop George was not present at the poll by the estimated 80 members of the clergy and laity who were part of last year's Synod.
