While it is common knowledge that the relationship between the Government & City Mayor, Hamilton Green is one of a sour note, it seems that they share common ground on one particular issue:
Avoided Deforestation via the preservation of Guyana's intact Rain Forest!
The Le Repentir Cemetery, in its current state can be described as pristine, untouched, and uninhibited Rain Forest. Where trees abound and various species of animals roam free, it is said to contain a vast amount of Guyana's flora and fauna.
It is good to note the particular interest of the Mayor in the Climate Change fight.
