Newly-matriculated lawyer Christopher Ram a raw novice desperately seeking a place at the table with the big boys

Newly-matriculated lawyer Christopher Ram continues to reveal that he is a raw novice desperately seeking a place at the table with the big boys. He fired off another letter to the press complaining that the minister of finance is not consulting with civic bodies on the upcoming budget – including (get this!) “the professional accounting body”!

Now before he went back to study law in his dotage, remember Ram was a bookkeeper? How desperate is he for attention to so barefacedly beg for attention? But then such people have no shame.
To support his plea for an invitation by the finance Minister, Ram brings up Article 13 of the Constitution: “The principal objective of the political system of the State is to extend socialist democracy by providing increasing opportunities for the participation of citizens in the management and decision-making processes of the State”. He gushingly quotes Justice Massiah as he had done last year when he then was pleading for attention. The good justice had opined that the said article (then Article 11) had ‘juridical relevance’.
So Ram, what say you about the portion that demands we “extend socialist democracy”? Earlier this week, an official of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, which was expanding “socialist democracy” in China, warned: “Democracy is just like atomic energy, if handled well, it will work as a nuclear power station that can benefit society. Otherwise, it will become the atomic bomb to destroy the whole society.”
You agree, don’t you?

  1. What the ICAG or ACCA have to do with political affairs? Someone should tell ACCA about his underhand dealings. Ram can only sue people and make false cease and desist letters.
Someone should ...CENSORED BY CHRISTOPHER RAM... family.
