68 students Graduated under the Government's Hinterland Scholarship Programme

Guyana’s Hinterland will be boosted educationally with 68 graduates who completed their secondary, tertiary and technical education through the Government’s Hinterland Scholarship Programme. The Hinterland Scholarship Programme replaced the Amerindian Scholarship Programme.
The Ministry of Amerindian Affairs is now tasked with the responsibility of ensuring the safety and well being of the students to enable them to realize their optimum potential.
