Be sure to be apart of the victory celebration party for the winner of the 2009 Kashif and Shangai football festival which is on this Saturday at the Western Tigers football ground where according to our prediction there will be around 15 fights, 200 robberies, weed in abundance as well some of the city's most notorious criminals in attendance.
