Lol… This is so true; Hammie is one of the biggest thieves I know. He is well known for stealing the Guyanese people tax monies and does nothing good for the city and its environs. Talk about spending our money and get amnesia after, talk about no leadership skills or work ethics, talk about going away on vacations that cost a fortune and can’t give account... That’s Hammie.
