Stabroek News: Chief Justice (ag) Ian Chang yesterday granted two separate injunctions restraining the Guyana Chronicle and the Guyana Times newspapers from publishing allegedly libellous material on attorney-at-law and columnist, Christopher Ram.

He is claiming damages in excess of $100 million dollars in each court application.
The injunctions remain in place until the matters are heard and determined in the High Court. Editor of the Guyana Chronicle, Mark Ramotar and Editor of the Guyana Times, Nigel Williams were also named as defendants in the matters.
